Daniela Silva is an experienced professional in customer relationship management with a current role as an Analista de CRM at Santander Portugal since December 2019. Prior to this, Daniela worked as a Junior Consultant at Mind Source for six months and at PRIME IT CONSULTING for one year. Daniela is pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa since September 2022, building on a Bachelor's degree in Information Management obtained from NOVA IMS Information Management School between 2015 and 2018. Daniela also holds a secondary education certificate in Sciences and Technologies from Externato Cooperativo da Benedita, completed in 2015.
