Luisa Valadas

Luisa Valadas possesses extensive experience in the banking sector, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Controls and HR Business Partner at Santander Portugal since December 2005, Luisa has played a significant role in overseeing compliance and human resources functions. Prior to this, Luisa held positions as a Personal Manager and Branch Director at Barclays Bank Portugal from November 1990 to December 2005. Luisa Valadas holds a Licenciatura in Economics from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, obtained between 1985 and 1990.
