Mafalda Lencastre has extensive experience in customer experience and technology roles within various organizations. Currently employed at Santander Portugal since April 2020, Mafalda focuses on customer experience. Previously, at Tekever from September 2017 to March 2020, Mafalda served as both a Scrum Master and Business Analyst, contributing to mobile banking development for a major financial institution. Mafalda also worked at Microsoft as a Skype for Business Support Engineer from November 2016 to September 2017, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective use of Microsoft technologies. In earlier roles, Mafalda interned at SONAE, developed a digital initiative for SMEs at ACEPI, and served as a trainee at ActivoBank. Educationally, Mafalda holds a Master's Degree from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and Bachelor's degrees in Communication Sciences from both Universidade da Maia and Dundalk Institute of Technology.
