Mariana Doria

Mariana Doria is currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Santander Portugal, focusing on customer strategy, experience, CRM, and digital sales since December 2023. Previously, Mariana held various roles at Grupo Santander, including Europe Strategy Director, Chief of Staff, and Digital Transformation Director from September 2018 to December 2023. Mariana's earlier experience includes positions as Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from 2013 to September 2018, Senior Associate in Real Estate and Structured Products at PwC from January 2011 to 2013, and a role in Structured Products at Banco BPI from July 2008 to October 2010. Mariana began a career in finance with a summer internship in debt origination at Espírito Santo Investment Bank in 2007. Mariana holds a Master's in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, both from Nova School of Business and Economics.
