Pedro Viegas

Pedro Viegas is a seasoned technology and strategy professional with extensive experience in leading software development and technology advisory services. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Development in Technology at Santander Portugal, Pedro is responsible for managing the software development department and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. Previously, Pedro held the position of Director and Head of Technology & Strategy Advisory at PwC Portugal, where responsibilities included IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Transformation. Pedro has also served as an Enterprise Architect at Accenture and as Business Development Principal at Pétanque NXT. Earlier in the career, Pedro worked as Service Management Lead at Vodacom, overseeing significant transformation projects. Pedro holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and completed an Executive Education program in Strategy and Innovation at Nova School of Business and Economics.
