Giovanna Elizabeth Cardone Richard has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition/Business Partner for Santander Private Banking International since October 2018. In this role, Giovanna oversees recruitment strategy and execution across the US, Switzerland, and the Bahamas, while also managing the recruiting process for executive positions within Banco Santander International. Prior to this, Giovanna was a Senior Associate Executive Recruiter at ReKruiting Advisors LLC and an Executive Recruiter at Effective People México. Giovanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey, an Associate of Arts degree from Dante Alighieri in Florence, Italy, and has a foundational education from Green Hills School.
