Javier Rodriguez Hergueta

Javier Rodriguez Hergueta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Private Banking Platform at Banco Santander S/A and Head of Technology, Operations, and Business Intelligence at Banco Santander International since October 2024. Prior to this, Javier held multiple senior positions at Santander Private Banking International, including Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director, as well as Director of Business Intelligence, beginning in January 2011. Javier holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, earned between 1980 and 1985.
