Additionally, Swanko holds the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Microsoft, Playboy Enterprises, Inc., N.Y. Times, and TD, while also serving as President of Santander Private Banking International and Chairman of Sears Holdings Corporation. Swanko leads the Swanko Legal Institute as Chair and acts as Prince of Slavic Prince, focusing on government collaboration for funding infrastructure and enhancing productivity. Swanko earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School between 1991 and 1993.
