Beth Wilson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of Strategic People Partners, IR and Change at Santander UK since October 2016, having previously held roles such as Head of HR Everyday Banking and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to Santander UK, Beth worked at RBS from January 2007 to September 2016 in various positions, including Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Additional experience includes roles as a Resourcing Consultant at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse, as well as working as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays Accountancy & Finance from 2002 to 2004.
