David Harker

David Harker has extensive experience in capacity management and technical analysis, currently serving as a Capacity Manager at Santander UK since September 2009. Harker has held various roles at Santander, including Capacity, Planning & Demand Partner, Technical Analyst, and Contact Centre Team Leader. Prior to this, Harker worked at Toys"R"Us for over 12 years, concluding as Deputy Manager. David Harker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science/Studies from Teesside University, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
