Ross Campbell

Ross Campbell has extensive experience in transformation and operations management within the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as Head of Transformation & Operations, Data at Santander UK since July 2021, Ross previously held the role of Associate Director at Deloitte, contributing to significant projects for the Department of Health and Social Care. Ross's previous positions include Global Head of Transformation and Strategy at HSBC, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing data and analytics initiatives and driving financial planning, as well as consulting roles across multiple organizations such as Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland. An alumnus of the University of St Andrews with a degree in International Relations, Ross brings a robust background in program and portfolio management, change management, and strategic operations.
