Satya Pattamatta is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading development teams and driving digital transformation within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Santander UK since January 2018, Satya manages a diverse team of 40 engineers across multiple locations, focusing on modernizing corporate digital banking platforms. Previous roles include Software Engineering Manager and Technical Lead in retail online banking, where Satya implemented enhancements using modern technologies.
