Sophie York is a seasoned professional in the field of fraud management, currently serving as a Digital Fraud Portfolio Manager at Santander UK since January 2016. Sophie's extensive experience includes roles as a Complex Fraud Investigator, Fraud Investigator focusing on scams, Fraud Complaints Case Manager, Fraud Payments Advisor, and Card Alerts & Fraud Advisor within the same organization. Prior to joining Santander UK, Sophie worked at William Hill from October 2012 to January 2016, progressing through positions as LBO Shop Manager, Deputy Manager, and Customer Service Advisor. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from The Open University.
