Stephen Cooke

Stephen Cooke has extensive experience in tax management, currently serving as Head of Tax at Santander UK plc since April 2009, after holding various leadership roles including Head of Direct Tax and Head of Tax Planning. Prior to this, Cooke worked at Alliance & Leicester, initially as Group Tax Manager and later as Head of Group Tax. Cooke's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Mathematics from the University of Leicester, as well as credentials from the Association of Corporate Treasurers and the Association of Chartered Management Accountants.
