Stephen White

Stephen White is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Santander UK since September 2022, Stephen also holds a position as Non Executive Board Member at Scottish Rugby since August 2024. His previous experience includes serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer at Yorkshire Building Society, and Chairman of the Board at Accord Mortgages Limited. Additionally, Stephen has held senior operational roles at AIB, National Australia Bank, NHS Direct, and Royal Bank of Scotland. With a BCOMM in Business, Accountancy, and Law from The University of Edinburgh, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his roles.
