Tinashe Muchemwa

Tinashe Muchemwa is an experienced Innovation Manager currently leading customer-focused initiatives in Retail & Business Banking at Santander UK since June 2023, after previously driving innovation in Wealth Management and Insurance at the same company. Between 2016 and 2021, Tinashe operated as a self-employed Innovation Consultant, delivering various strategic solutions. From 2010 to 2016, Tinashe worked at Vodacom in a Strategy role, responsible for formulating and implementing Talent Strategies across multiple divisions. Tinashe holds an MBA in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from the University of Glasgow Adam Smith Business School and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe.
