The leadership team at Santander UK has a wealth of experience in the financial sector. The managing director has worked at Goldman Sachs, and the CFO has experience with BancWest and Bank of the West (both members of the BNP Paribas Group). Other experience includes working with the Cyber Defence Alliance and being a board member of various organizations. The team is also well-educated, with degrees from universities such as Oxford, London Business School, and the University of Strathclyde.
