Alessio Blangiardo

Alessio Blangiardo is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, regulatory reporting, and financial operations. Currently serving as the Executive Director and FINOP at Santander Investment Securities, Inc. since August 2019, Alessio has previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and FINOP at Folio Investments, Inc. from May 2017 to July 2019. Prior experience includes significant roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Director of Global Markets Financing and Futures, and at BNP Paribas as Vice President of Finance and Regulatory Reporting. Alessio began a career in finance with positions at FINRA as a Senior FINOP Examiner and at Bank of America as an Operations Team Leader and Assistant Vice President in the Risk & Control Department. Alessio holds a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, from Hunter College, completing the Thomas Hunter Honors Curriculum.
