Brian Yoshida

Brian Yoshida is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Santander US, with a background in corporate legal matters including mergers, acquisitions, securities, and bank regulatory issues. Prior to their current role, Yoshida held positions at M&T Bank and Phillips Lytle LLP, where Brian focused on corporate and securities law. Brian has a JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law, as well as degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Yoshida also completed an Executive Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at the University of Michigan.
