Iain Kennedy

Iain Kennedy is a seasoned executive in product management, currently serving as Chief Product Officer, Digital (Individuals) at Santander US since July 2025, where responsibilities include leading the product strategy for the bank's global digital banking mission. Prior experience includes significant roles at Nubank from July 2021 to July 2025, first as Head of Function, Product, overseeing a large team of product professionals, and previously as Sr. Director, Product Management for Global Platforms, driving technology and engineering initiatives. Iain has also held leadership positions at Amazon Web Services, Amazon, edX, Microsoft, and American Express, demonstrating a strong track record in developing innovative products and enhancing customer experiences across various industries.
