Oriol Foz

Oriol Foz is currently the SEVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Santander US. Prior to joining Santander, Oriol held various HR leadership roles at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria and BBVA Compass. Oriol has a strong background in HR strategy, business partnering, workforce planning, and talent management in the Corporate & Investment Banking industry. Education-wise, Oriol holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and has completed Corporate Management and Human Capital Management programs from IESE Business School and New York University, respectively.
