Patrick Beranek

Patrick Beranek currently serves as Managing Director and Head of ABS Syndicate at Santander US, a position held since August 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Structured Products Trader at SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc., where focus was on building a structured products presence in the US from January 2016 to August 2018, and Managing Director at Mischler Financial Group from July 2015 to January 2016, specializing in structured products origination and distribution. Prior to that, Patrick held managerial positions at Royal Bank of Scotland and Mizuho Bank, leading ABS trading and origination efforts. Additional experience includes managing ABS trading and syndicate operations at Bank of America and overseeing the Liquid Investment Portfolio at Fannie Mae. Patrick holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Tulane University.
