Michelle Grigsby-Hackett, LCPC, CPRP has a wealth of experience in the mental health field. Michelle has held various leadership positions at Sante Group Companies, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Maryland Crisis Response Services. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing multiple programs and services for individuals with mental and substance abuse illnesses. Michelle has also served as the Director of Integrated Behavioral Health and Recovery Services and Director of Psychiatric Recovery Services, where they managed budgeting and ensured service delivery aligned with organizational goals. Michelle has chaired the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee for Outpatient Services and been a member of the Strategic Planning Committee. Michelle's early career includes being a Senior Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor/Program Manager, providing direct care services and implementing a comprehensive curriculum for psychiatric symptom recovery. Michelle has also owned and served as a senior consultant for As You Are Counseling and Consulting. Prior to that, they worked as a Residential Counselor at St. Luke's House, where they coordinated interdisciplinary team processes and provided evaluation reports and behavior programs for consumers.

Michelle Grigsby-Hackett, LCPC, CPRP, has an extensive education history. Michelle obtained their Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University in Washington, DC, from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Arizona State University, from 1999 to 2001. Michelle also briefly studied Psychology at the University of Canberra in 1998.

Furthermore, they have additional certifications. Michelle became a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner in October 2018, with the credentials provided by US Psychiatric Rehabilitation (USPRA). Michelle also obtained their license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in August 2018, through the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.
