Ray le Tourneur

Ray Le Tourneur currently serves as COO and Advisor to the Board at Santé Group, beginning in 2024. Prior to this role, Ray held the position of Renewable Energy Head at Boyd Jones Construction from 2022 to July 2024 and was Chief Operating Officer at Sterling and Wilson from 2019 to 2022, overseeing comprehensive company operations. Between 2008 and 2018, Ray was Vice President of Operations at First Solar, managing substantial project portfolios in the construction and commissioning of utility-scale solar plants. Earlier experience includes roles as Regional Manager at Syska Hennessy Group and Director of Operations at The Dome-Tech Group, alongside founding Mectec Services, a consulting firm with notable international clients. Ray holds a Bachelier T1 in Mechanical Engineering from L'Universite Paris VI and a BSc from the University of Natal.
