Sterling Short is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate professional with extensive experience in the seniors housing and care industry. As a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning at multiple companies, including Alumus, Encore Communities, Sante Development LLC, and Alanté, Sterling Short has played a pivotal role in the development and management of senior living facilities since 2008. Additionally, Sterling Short served as Principal at Tellatin, Short & Hansen, Inc. from 1989 to 2016, focusing on commercial real estate valuation and consulting. Sterling Short holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and English from Westminster College (MO), obtained between 1983 and 1987.
