Anna Maisa

Anna Maisa is a seasoned epidemiologist with extensive experience in the field of public health. Currently a Scientific Advisor at Santé publique France since October 2020, Anna has also served as an EAN Board Member for the EAN - EPIET Alumni Network from November 2020 to November 2022. Previous roles include epidemiologist positions at the World Health Organization and the Robert Koch Institute, as well as experience with Médecins Sans Frontières. Anna has a solid educational foundation with a Diploma in Biology, specializing in Virology from The Philipp University of Marburg, alongside significant research contributions, including a postdoctoral fellowship at the Burnet Institute focusing on HIV and cardiovascular disease.
