Benoît Saugeron

Benoît Saugeron is a seasoned professional in therapeutic education and health promotion, currently serving as a member of the board of directors for the Société d'Education Thérapeutique Européenne since May 2022. With extensive experience as a trainer and project manager at CRES Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur since September 2012, Benoît specializes in therapeutic education, motivational interviewing, and resource center coordination for chronic diseases. Current roles also include membership on the orientation and dialogue committee at Santé publique France since April 2021 and a contractual teaching agent at Aix-Marseille Université since January 2013. Previously, Benoît worked as a mission manager in therapeutic education for URPS Médecins Libéraux Hauts-de-France from September 2008 to September 2012 and held a project manager position at APHM in June 2012. Benoît holds two Master 2 degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Health Prevention and Education from Pierre and Marie Curie University and Aix-Marseille University, respectively, along with training in motivational interviewing from Comment Dire in 2010.
