In 2007, Anessa joined General Infrastructure Consultants as a Project Manager, overseeing various aspects of residential and mixed-use projects in Arizona. Anessa ensured the company's compliance with jurisdictional requirements and successfully delivered projects on time and within budget.

In 2008, Anessa founded AskAnessa.com, a specialized concierge service and project management team in Phoenix. Anessa'scompany offered solutions to visionary entrepreneurs, busy professionals, solopreneurs, and small businesses. From 2015 to 2019, Anessa worked at SANTÉ Realty Investments in various roles.
