Divesh Bhardwaj has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and talent management. Divesh started their career in 2000 as a Manager Systems/System Analyst at Brainwave Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for recruitment and project management. Divesh then worked as an Assistant Manager HR at Newgen Software Technologies from 2004 to 2008, where they conducted initial resume screening and sourced candidates from job portals. From 2008 to 2011, Divesh was an Assistant Manager HR at NIIT Limited, where they managed the end-to-end recruitment process. Divesh then worked at Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani from 2011 to 2014 as a Manager, Human Resources, overseeing recruitment, induction sessions, and ERP implementation. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as the Head HR at Graphic Era University, handling staff and faculty recruitment and coordinating induction processes. From 2015 to 2017, Divesh worked as an External Consultant in Human Resources, providing strategic plans and implementing HR processes for various clients. In 2017, they joined Santech Solution, Inc. as the General Manager People and Process.
