Scott Scarberry

Scott Scarberry currently serves as the Manager of HR Operations at Santee Cooper since January 2005, overseeing the development and management of a cost-effective human resources management system while ensuring operational efficiency within the HR organization. Prior experience includes roles as Application Analyst III and Associate MIS Analyst at Santee Cooper, focusing on various systems like Lawson HR/Payroll and Oracle Financial Payables. Before this, Scott held the position of EDI Analyst at Benefitfocus and worked as a Programmer Analyst at MeadWestvaco, specializing in Java applications and mainframe environments, respectively. Scott began a career in the USAF as a Disaster Preparedness Specialist. Scott holds an education from Troy University, attended from 1991 to 1994.
