Alexander Sokolov

Alexander Sokolov is an experienced Country Manager currently leading Santen in Russia since January 2018. Prior to this role, Alexander held various leadership positions at GSK Pharmaceuticals from June 2003 to October 2017, including Country Manager in Russia and Belarus, as well as Commercial Director for CIS countries. In these positions, Alexander managed extensive teams and was responsible for sales and marketing operations across various therapeutic areas. Alexander earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) and Ph.D. from Novosibirsk State Medical University and completed an advanced education program at The Open University Business School.
