Christopher Hartung

Christopher Hartung currently serves as Chief of Staff EMEA at Santen, where responsibilities have included roles as Director and Associate Director in Cell & Gene Therapy since joining in February 2021. Prior to Santen, Christopher Hartung held the position of Senior Global Product Manager at ConvaTec from 2018 to 2020, managing a Critical Care product portfolio with an annual turnover of approximately $80 million. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Consultant and Business Associate at ZS from 2012 to 2017, leading cross-office project teams across Europe, the US, and India for various top-tier pharmaceutical clients. Educational credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, with additional studies at the University of Bath and a certification from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in Chief of Staff.
