Nicola Preece

Nicola Preece is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the National Sales Manager for UK & Ireland at Santen since October 2022. Previously held the position of National Sales Manager - Oncology at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from February 2020 to October 2022. Notable prior roles at MSD from January 2007 to 2019 include National Sales Director - Oncology, where Nicola led the UK Oncology Sales Organisation to achieve significant business performance, and various managerial positions such as Oncology Business Manager, Head of Learning & Development, Head of Business Services, and Regional Business Manager.
