Pim Franswa MSc is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry, currently serving as Country Manager for BeNeLux and the Netherlands at Santen since July 2017. Prior to this role, Pim held significant positions at Galderma from August 2010 to July 2017, including Sales Manager for Benelux and Switzerland and Business Unit Manager for Corrective Aesthetic & Dermatology. Previously, Pim worked at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. as Sales Manager for Surgical & Instrumentation as well as Pharmaceuticals & Consumer Products, and served as Key Account Manager for Medical Devices at Advanced Medical Optics. Pim began a career in sales management at Aventis, focusing on Cardio Vascular & Diabetes from June 2002 to September 2004. Pim holds a Business Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from Avans Plus, completed between 2013 and 2015.
