Thanatcha Manasatienkij is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development within the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as the Regional Senior Training & Development Manager for Santen Pharmaceutical Asia since May 2015, Thanatcha focuses on disease and product training, as well as sales and soft skills training. Previously held positions include Sales Training / Commercial Excellence Manager at Santen, Sales Training Manager, and Field Force Effectiveness Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim, and various marketing and analytical roles at Merck Group and SCG. Thanatcha's educational background includes an MBA in International Business Management from NIDA Thailand and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Chulalongkorn University, complemented by noteworthy participation in the International Management Program at Merck Group.
