Antoinette Martin-Lise has over 25 years of professional experience, beginning in 1995 with Cash Converters as a Business Development Manager in France. In 1997, they moved to Lucent Technologies Bell Labs innovations as a Purchase Marketing Manager for AT&T. In 1999, they became the Chef de Produit for category mngt at Nexans. In 2000, they were the Responsable Marketing Reseau France at CarGo Loueur de véhicules. In 2003, they began working at Market-Com as a Conseil Marketing & Business Dev. In 2010, they joined IDRAC Business School as the Directrice Nationale Programmes Post BAC and Directrice des Programmes - Directrice Pédagogique, where they were responsible for coordinating, animating and engineering pedagogy, managing relations with students and partners, and commercializing programmes. In 2012, they moved to IEFT Ecole Supérieure de Tourisme as the Directrice de campus and Directrice Nationale de la Marque. Finally, in 2020, they joined ISEG Group - IONIS Education Group France as the Directrice de campus, where they were responsible for piloting the global activity, including management, supervision of academic programmes, pedagogical innovation, project management, performance tracking, and partner relations. In 2022, they began their current role as the Head of the Academy | Corporate learning - Directrice de Centre de Formation International at SantéVet.

Antoinette Martin-Lise holds a Master's degree from ESCP Business School in Direction Marketing, Strategie et Management, and a BBA from NEOMA Business School in Gestion Commerce International.
