Paolo Gandin

Paolo Gandin, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Paolo currently holds the position of Managing Director at Santex SpA. Paolo previously served as the Global CFO at Santex SpA and Corporate CFO at Tozzi Group. Before that, they worked as CEO at Balcke Duerr and Vice President Oil & Gas and WSC at SPX Corporation. Paolo also held various leadership roles in SPX Cooling Technologies, Enel, Fratelli BERETTA SpA, Eridania, Waste Management, Inc., and IBM. With a strong background in finance and management, Paolo Gandin brings a wealth of expertise to their current role.

Paolo Gandin holds an MBA from Hult Ashridge, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. The program focused on various areas such as strategy, finance, marketing, and operations. Paolo also pursued a Master's Degree from Sole 24 Ore Business School from 2014 to 2015, specializing in "Consiglieri di Consigli di Amministrazione e Sindaci di società pubbliche e private." In 2008, they completed a Certificate in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Paolo Gandin further expanded their knowledge in 2010 by studying the Chinese economy and culture at Beijing Foreign Studies University.
