Milagros Piñero Pacheco

Milagros Piñero Pacheco has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Milagros started their career in 2010 as an Architect at CorbisStudio, where they managed and delivered AEC projects using BIM technology. Milagros also worked as a Project Architect, coordinating architectural documentation projects at Graphite Design Group. In 2012, Milagros had a freelance role as an Architect, involved in design development for existing buildings.

In 2013, they joined KiPcreating as a Project Manager, overseeing outsourcing services for visualization projects in various industries such as architecture, aviation, nautical, and automotive. Milagros also served as a Virtual Reality Presenter at KiPcreating.

From 2014 to 2018, Milagros continued their work at KiPcreating and took on additional responsibilities as a Virtual Reality Presenter and Manager of rendering, animation, iOS/desktop apps, and virtual reality projects.

In 2018, they joined Globant as a Project Manager, where they facilitated and supported teams in delivering high-value software solutions to clients and acted as a Scrum Master. Milagros also managed multiple concurrent projects and worked in a multi-cultural context.

Later in 2021, Milagros joined In All Media as a Project Manager. In this role, they communicated with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project team members and coached teams on integrating Agile values and principles.

Currently, Milagros is a Project Manager at Santex, where they interact directly with business and technical stakeholders and leads a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

Overall, Milagros has gained extensive experience in project management, client service, team leadership, and Agile practices throughout their career.

Milagros Piñero Pacheco completed their Bachelor of Architecture - BArch from Facultad de Arquitectura, Universidad Católica de Córdoba, Córdoba, Argentina, from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, between 2002 and 2004, they attained a Bachelor's degree in Human Studies from Academia Arguello. Their educational journey started at Saint Patrics School, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Studies from 1991 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in October 2019.
