Renato Costa

Renato Costa is an experienced Senior Technician and BIM Specialist currently employed at Santiago Calatrava LLC since March 2020. With a diverse background in structural and architectural drafting, Renato has held senior positions at several engineering firms, including A400 Projetistas e Consultores de Engenharia and BIMTEC, where responsibilities included quality control, project collaboration on significant stadiums, and teaching BIM concepts. Previous work experience encompasses roles at Sweco and afaconsult, where Renato contributed to the implementation of Revit and worked on numerous high-profile projects such as the House of Music in Porto and various stadiums. Renato holds a Certificate in Pedagogical Competences and has pursued education in industrial planning and laboratory techniques, with ongoing studies at the Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade do Porto.
