Ed Diehl

Ed Diehl serves as the State Representative - Elect for HD17 in Oregon since November 2022. With extensive involvement in community service, Diehl is currently an Advisory Committee Member for the Santiam Canyon Wildfire Relief Fund, an Officer at the Knights of Columbus Council 2439, and a Board Member for several organizations, including the Santiam Canyon Long Term Recovery Group, Catholic Community Services Oregon, Santiam Hospital & Clinics, and Grief to Grace Oregon. Diehl has a strong background in management, having held leadership positions such as Vice President at Motorized Precision, Managing Member at Wave7 Inc., and President at Concept Systems Inc. Diehl earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Controls at Stanford University, and the educational journey began at Plains High School.
