Lays Roque

Lays Roque has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as Gerente de Projetos at SantoDigital since May 2017. In this role, Lays oversees IT project management, including Google Workspace initiatives, and leads diverse teams on multiple projects while focusing on Change Management and user experience. Responsibilities include cost and timeline management as well as creating essential project documentation. Prior to this, Lays held positions in communication, developing tailored communication plans, organizing training, and managing supplier relations. Earlier experience includes a role as Analista Financeiro Junior at Wittel Comunicações. Lays is pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Produção Textual and holds a Project Management course certification from FGV, along with a Bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpretation from Uninove.
