Giulia Claudia Caputo is an accomplished CRM and marketing professional with extensive experience in leading customer-centric initiatives. Currently serving as CRM Manager at SANTONI since October 2022, Giulia oversees the CRM and Customer Care teams, collaborating with various departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Prior to SANTONI, Giulia held the position of Global CRM Campaign Manager at Versace, where responsibilities included managing global CRM and online campaigns and successfully launching the Fendace capsule collection.
