Emma Dyer has extensive experience in governance, assurance, and compliance related to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) practices, serving at Santos Ltd since 1997 in various leadership roles. As Manager of ESG Governance, Assurance, and Compliance, Emma oversees company-wide governance processes, while prior positions include Principal Adviser for Health and Safety Assurance where significant contributions included EHS reporting to the Board and development of assurance programs. Recognized for embodying Santos values, Emma has led initiatives in EHS management systems, performance reporting, and environmental compliance, transitioning multiple cadets into permanent roles. Emma's career began at the Environment Protection Authority in South Australia, focusing on air quality engineering, and holds a Master of Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Adelaide.
