Gerrard Michaels

Gerrard Michaels is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, primarily in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer and Senior Reliability Engineer at Santos Ltd since May 2011, Gerrard has been instrumental in addressing technical issues across instrumentation, control, and electrical systems for GLNG upstream facilities, as well as managing various projects related to Artificial Lift systems. Previous roles include team leadership and project management responsibilities at GHD and Lang O Rouke, alongside a solid educational background comprising an MBA from Macquarie University and a double degree in electronic engineering and IT from Queensland University of Technology.
