Glen Spitty

Glen Spitty is an experienced leader in procurement and project management, currently serving as the General Manager Commercial for Midstream Assets at Santos Ltd since February 2009. With a focus on overseeing a procurement function with an annual spend of $4 billion and managing a team of 100 full-time employees, Glen has successfully integrated three procurement functions during significant business growth. Previous roles include Manager Procurement for Production, where Glen managed a contract spend of approximately $400 million, as well as positions focused on program services and major project assurance. Glen's career background also includes significant roles at BHP Billiton and ElectraNet. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Graduate Diploma in Energy & Resources, along with a Graduate qualification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
