Joshua Minbuna

Joshua Minbuna is an experienced Human Resource professional with a diverse background in HR roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a People Business Partner Advisor at Santos Ltd since February 2019, Joshua specializes in HR business partnering with people leaders. Prior to this role, Joshua held multiple positions at NiuSky Pacific Limited and Air Niugini from 2013 to 2019, including HR Systems super user and HR Recruitment Officer. Joshua has a strong foundation in HR analytics, recruitment, and organizational development, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Papua New Guinea.
