Lidia Novoseltseva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Business Planner for Operations & Technical Services at Santos Ltd since February 2011, Lidia has held various roles including Oil and Gas Production Planner, Senior EHSS Advisor in Data, Technology & Innovation, and Senior Production Engineer. Prior to Santos Ltd, Lidia worked at Xylem Inc. as a Contracts/Tenders Engineer from March 2008 to February 2010, and at Schlumberger from August 2000 to December 2007, where Lidia undertook various technical roles in Production Optimisation, specifically focusing on Artificial Lift and Well Completions. Lidia's expertise includes providing technical and operational support for field performance analysis, production optimisation, service quality, and ESP selection.
