Matthew McDonald

Matthew (Macca) McDonald has over three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Operation Team Leader at Santos Ltd since August 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions as Production Supervisor at Santos Ltd from 2018 to August 2020 and at Quadrant Energy from November 2013 to February 2018. Matthew's earlier career includes roles as Production Technician at Teekay Corporation and Santos Ltd, as well as a significant tenure at Exxonmobil at the Adelaide Refinery from 1988 to 2003. Matthew completed Year 12 at Heathfield High School between 1976 and 1980.
