Thomas Corbett

Thomas Corbett is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in subsea project development and management. Currently serving as a Subea Project and Development Engineer at Santos Ltd since February 2021, Thomas focuses on subsea tiebacks and growth opportunities, having successfully developed project execution strategies. Prior roles include Senior Project Engineer at Fugro, overseeing subsea maintenance and repair projects, and a significant tenure at TechnipFMC as Principal Installation Engineer, where Thomas led a large multi-disciplinary team on the Greater Enfield project. Thomas' career began at Technip in 2007, progressing through various engineering roles, including Lead Operations Engineer and Graduate Installation Engineer, highlighting a solid track record in engineering management and execution of complex subsea projects. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
