Tom Radzevicius

Tom Radzevicius, GAICD, has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Vice President Operations - Eastern Australia & PNG at Santos Ltd since March 2008. Radzevicius has held multiple leadership positions within Santos, including oversight of upstream production operations and supply chain management, with a focus on engineering, maintenance, and operational readiness across onshore and offshore sites. Prior to joining Santos, Radzevicius worked at Schlumberger from February 2004 to February 2008, managing field service operations and advancing through the ranks from Field Engineer to Field Service Manager. Radzevicius holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronic Engineering from the University of Adelaide, a Graduate Certificate in Energy & Resources from University College London, and a GAICD credential from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
